Provide a platform where brand guidelines, assets, and static inventory can be easily accessed, organized and formatted for use across multiple participating teams. Streamline orders and workflows for print materials that will allow internal teams to be more productive and predictable.

Solution:

Fenway Group delivered a portal system that aggregated brand assets and template content to unify the use of letterhead, envelopes, business cards and marketing materials. The Print Portal became a distributed workflow, saving the organization thousands of dollars while improving brand standards and consistency.

Detail:

With a new level of organization, the portal brought consistency and continuity to Steward, increasing their ability to successfully process more than 80 percent of their print orders faster and with more accurately across all printed materials.
