HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL PSYCHOPHARMACOLOGY 2020 MASTER CLASS WEBCAST

With a clear and focused mission to nurture a diverse, inclusive community dedicated to alleviating suffering and improving health and well-being for all, Harvard Medical has become one of our most valued and collaborative clients.

Challenge:

Transform the annual Psychopharmacology 2020 Master Class to an on-line webcast for 14 Faculty Presenters and over 400 remote Attendees, adhering to CME accreditation requirements.

Solution:

Drawing on extensive experience in Live Events, Digital Experiences and Customer Service, the Fenway Group technical team customized available webinar platforms to deliver a flawless learning experience for 447 remote attendees over a two day webinar. 

Detail:

Occurring at the height of the Covid-19 Public Health crisis, HMS Event Planners had less than 3 weeks to migrate 447 registered learners to the online webcast. Fenway Group combined pre-recorded and live streamed course content, including interactive Q&A Panels, to attendees Nationally and Globally over two 9 hour session days. Fenway Group provided the full turnkey solution including Tech Support and Video Archive Files, delivering a program that retained 98 percent of the original registered attendees and their most successful event to date.

HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL SUMMER SEMINAR

Fenway Group has partnered with Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in support of the Summer and Winter Seminars for several years, providing print, web and marketing solutions. 

Challenge:

Support the various training seminars for Summer and Winter, providing printed materials, promotional media and online presence.

Solution:

It began with a course catalog that quickly evolved into several registration supporting printed materials. As we headed into the 2019 Summer Seminar Series, Fenway Group conducted several intimate interviews with course instructors and attendees. Promotional videos were created to drive registration for the Psychopharmacology sessions

Detail:

When dealing with highly sensitive material such as Psychopharmacology, it was critical that our production crew operated with the utmost sensitivity and professionalism. Maintaining the seriousness of the subject matter, while uplifting the energy into an engaging program was both challenging and rewarding.
